Welcome to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and University of Toronto, Department of Family and Community Medicine course on Healthcare Quality Improvement for Health Professionals. Our program is specifically designed to empower healthcare facility leaders and managers with the latest knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to enhance healthcare quality and improve clinical outcomes in service delivery.
This module offers hands-on skills and practical experience in utilizing Quality Improvement (QI) tools. Participants will learn how to effectively prioritize identified problems, plan improvement strategies, implement action plans, monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and communicate feedback. By the end of the course, you will possess the skills and attitudes necessary to lead and sustain quality improvements within your healthcare facility.
