The Junior Faculty Development Program is designed to enhance the capacity of the Dalla Lana School of Public Health and African partner institutions. Its focus includes ongoing, comprehensive faculty training, networking, collaboration, sustained mentorship, and the establishment of a community of practice in public health and health systems infrastructure and governance. The program is currently in the phase of developing its design.
